What a Kyiv clean costs
Rates are the table, the same as the calculator. The total is an estimate — a manager confirms it when we book the visit. House and office — the same UAH/m². Kyiv and the region, no district surcharge.
Estimate before we arrive: a general clean of a 60 m² flat in Kyiv is 8,100 UAH (135 UAH/m², minimum 6,500). Post-renovation 60 m² is 10,800. Maintenance 60 m² is 4,500. A 40 m² 1-bed general is 6,500. Straight sofa 2,800, corner 3,400, armchair 1,400, mattress 2,000, carpet 1,800, interior windows 1,600, curtains per panel 1,100. House and office — the same m². Kyiv and the region, no district surcharge. A manager confirms the sum when we book the visit.

A 40 m² general is 6,500 because of the minimum, not 40×135. A 120 m² house general is 16,200; an 80 m² office is 10,800. Interior windows on a general are already in the m².

Questions before booking
Why is the figure higher than a short ad?
A short ad is often bait. A real general on the same market already starts at 5,500. Ours is on the screen; if the scope differs we say so before we start — you can also call.
What do you clean with?
Quality German chemistry, kids and pets. Mix agreed per visit.
Do I have to be home?
No. Access is enough. We message an hour before we finish.
What if the sofa fabric is delicate?
A test on a hidden patch. If dye runs or it’s genuine leather — we refuse, we don’t “try”.
Weekends?
Yes. After renovation and extraction are most often Saturday.
How much is a flat clean in Kyiv?
General 135 UAH/m² (60 m² — 8,100), post-reno 180 UAH/m² (60 m² — 10,800), maintenance 75 UAH/m². Sofa 2,800, carpet 1,800. Calculator figure = message figure. House and office — same m².
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Access and water. Kit is agreed on site — ours or what is already there.
